HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are not completely satisfied with Essentially Simple, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time.

In order to cancel before your membership is renewed for the next shipment, you need to contact Essentially Simple prior to the renewal date on the 11th of each month. 

Email: support@essentiallysimplebox.com  and we’ll respond promptly.

If your membership has already renewed and you’d like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request cancellation by the 10th of the month to be eligible for a refund.

IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE 10th DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH’S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

To update your account information, login using your email address and password, from here you can update your billing, shipping and login information!

HOW DOES BILLING WORK?

Signing up for Essentially Simple means opting into a membership that bills you every month. All subscriptions renew each month on the 11th, in advance of your next shipment. Boxes will start shipping between the 14th and the 18th of the month.

HOW DO I RECEIVE A REFUND?

If you would like to receive a refund, you must request it prior to the start of order processing and shipping (the 14th of the month). Refunds are unavailable for boxes that have already shipped. If you have missing items or the box is damaged, we’ll be happy to help you out!

I JUST JOINED, WHEN WILL I BE BILLED AGAIN?

Thanks for joining! Typically, re-billing happens on the 11th of the month, in advance of your next shipment (which will happen between the 14th and the 18th).

WHEN DO I GET MY FIRST BOX?

We ship once in the middle of the month between the 14th and 18th. You can order the box of the month at any point within the month. We will bill at the time of your first order, and ship between the 14th or 18th if you sign up before then, or as soon as possible if you order after our typical shipping dates.  

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?

Yes! We now ship to Canada. It’s $15 extra for the Essentially Simple Box. 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Yes we do! Start your Essentially Simple membership today!

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY BOX?

We typically start shipping around the 14th and 18th, depending on whether the day falls on a weekend or during a holiday. Your box should arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR BOXES?

Essentially Simple is shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) 2-3 day Priority Mail.

For international shipments we use USPS First Class International Service.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING LIMITATIONS?

Essentially Simple ships to US and Canada

WHEN DOES essentially Simple SHIP?

We start shipping all our boxes on the 14th every month. All new orders received until the end of the month are shipped that month’s current box. All boxes ship within 1-2 business days after the 14th. You will receive a tracking notice when your box ships.

IS Essentially Simple VEGAN/VEGETARIAN?

Essentially Simple is 100% vegetarian and cruelty free, however, we are not completely vegan. You may often find products that contain honey, beeswax, wool, ghee (clarified butter/Indian superfood) or other animal derived products. Feel free to contact us and ask about our upcoming box (sometimes they’re 100% vegan).

WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCT STANDARDS?

At Essentially Simple, we strive to include only the purest, most natural and sustainable products. Our oils are 100% pure therapeutic grade. We’re also 100% vegetarian, cruelty-free and we aim to select 100% USDA Organic whenever possible.

HOW MUCH DOES Essentially Simple COST?

Essentially Simple delivers a new essential oil project kit package every month, including a full size of our highlighted oil for the month, as well as ingredients for fun, ready-to-assemble recipes for products to make your life cleaner and easier, and other surprise goodies. Our Essentially Simple Box is $39.95 but if you buy a prepaid plan it gets as low as $31.69.

We focus on finding the finest products to make essential oils accessible and easy to use and implement your daily life. We believe in the power of essential oils, and are proponents of a toxin-free lifestyle, and we hope to share that belief and commitment with you through our subscription box. Each month, you’ll receive a new Essentially Simple Box in the mail filled with a new variety of clean ingredients and exciting ready-to-assemble DIY projects! Each month we build our box around a different essential oil (you’ll receive a FULL SIZE of our star ingredient) that we believe is essential for a clean lifestyle built around natural, plant-based ingredients.
